Character Advancement Problems.

Hello, I recently started playing Myplestory sometime last night and came across a glitch/problem. For some odd off the wall reason, I can't accept the 5 paths quest from anyone, not only that, the Job I want to learn I can't even enter the shop to talk to the job trainer..Any solutions would be appreciated.. Thanks:)
